Transforming vital content into a must-have IVF app

Pixel was experiencing user engagement drop-off because their IVF app lacked enduring appeal. So our challenge was to transform the app into a meaningful, supportive companion.

While clinically robust, the original app lacked distinction from a messaging and graphics perspective. To reinvent the app, we had to revamp the Pixel brand by infusing it with personality and implementing a unified visual identity.

Clinical and Social

Recognizing the need for ongoing motivation for those in the IVF process, we introduced a scalable platform with progress updates and emotional copy. And acknowledging community importance, we developed a social content platform to help foster new connections.
